Their national call center is absolutely useless. Nothing makes it to the local doctor you are seeing. No one is allowed to leave you a message if they get your voice mail and you can never actually talk to the person you are trying reach. This is institutionalized medicine at it's worst. Doctors could care less about you, it's all about the money. I have seen numerous patients given a hard time over ridiculous matters usually involving bad office management policies. The doctors don't spend many hours there and the place is virtually closed by noon on Friday for the weekend. I've spent weeks trying to get my Vyvanse prescription refilled and they just can't be bothered. Because of my persistence, Dr. Michele Candelore "came to the conclusion that she can no longer be my doctor." That's what they call good customer service and compassion. I never was able to get my medication and because of wait times to get into other primary care doctors I will no doubt go a long time without my meds.
