Let me begin by our issue is still not over and we moved a month ago. They picked us up in florida and it was to be a full service pack and unpack. It took several days to pack and load and they banged it out in about a day... When I mean banged it out broke everything you could possible imagine. This was also supposed to be a replacement or replacement value without 50 -60 per pound with all the 100 over sheets filled out. Marie neil is head of hr at this company who got involved with the settlement and let me tell you she is as double talking as any hr person hears what she wants and does what she is told. For example I had a paneria ferrari clock that is not available the she found a similar one not ferrari for 2200.00 and in conversation she claims its not identical but admits that the ferrari is a collectors piece and should be more... So they packed it and smashed it and they offer 100.00. They negotiate out of bad faith and honestly have every delay in the book done to a science. I have also noticed that they pay a ton of money to a pr firm to prevent most of these complaints to be published. So, mover beware as we are still knee deep and have to now escalate this move to united after they wasted and made our move even more uncomfortable.
