They took the money out of my account and canceled my order. The supervisor was SO RUDE!!! Said because my husband said we won't use this site again for its unprofessionalism. This *** cancelled my order. And my miney was tied up for 5 days!!!!!! I couldn't go to another site and purchase more tickets because all the money i had for the event was being held hostage. So my son that is leaving for the military Never got to go to the event and make this memoru with me. My heart is destroyed that i couldn't take my son before he left. DONT EVER EVER USE TICKET CITY
