The worst medical care

From Jan, 2018 I've had ongoing problems with upper management, case management, pop health and a host of providers. I'm a senior lady with complicated chronic illnesses. Whenever an issue arises, instead of taking responsibility for and fixing the problem they shuffle it off to someone else.
