The worst experience terrible customer seevice

I purchases my car apr 27 2018. My temp plates expire on june 10th. My first payment is due June 12th. I went into the location to get a new temp plate being im going to my sons baskeball tourny in MA and will be driving with a expired temp plate. I was told by the manager that I cant get an updated plate until they get. Confirmation payment is received. Whatttttttttt????? This is unacceptable. I will never use them again ans will make sure i tell everyone I know not to....... new rochelle ny enterprise
