Last spring I hired C. Michael exteriors to replace 3 windows in my home. Two are alright so far; but one has a bad seal and all the condensation between the glass makes it impossible to see out of it. I have called repeatedly and was told my complaint would receive the immediate attention of someone named Scott. After 5 calls I did receive a call from Scott saying he was doing a job on my street and would stop afterwards. He didn't. That was almost two weeks ago and further calls have gotten me nowhere. The bad reviews you've read here are well deserved. Do not do business with them. I am now resigned to the fact that to get satisfaction will require legal action. I had planned to hire them to do more windows and a bathroom remodel but those plans are now on hold while I search for a reputable company to do the work.
