We moved from Ct to Homosassa Fl... I can't tell you how sickened we were when 90% of our furniture came delivered to us SMASHED...They were so negligent in the packing & shipping, there was only 1 man, (who also was the driver) to unload the truck which consisted of 7 rooms of furniture! I had tiffany lamps (real) crushed. I had 2 mahogany dressers smashed on the tops . I even had 2 living room chairs arrive with no legs!!! I mean the Munchkins in the Wizard Of Oz would have been thrilled... I have a huge white fireplace, cost over $600.00 with a gouged out top. Our mattresses looked like they pissed on them, stained and stunk. I could go on but it angers me the more I list. That move was 4 months ago and just today they phone me, the first time and offer to pay 90 bucks... We told them where to place that money.... Then just now they phone again and up the anti to 250.00 Ha! That wouldn't pay for one of the lampshades they smashed. I told them they could put that money UP with the rest and own the fact that they have the worst packers/drivers in the USA. They kept saying we should have purchased the added insurance for 2,000.00 dollars... LOL LOL are they nuts?? Pay them an additional 2 grand on top of the 8700.00 they charged us for the move??? I'm telling you people, do not fall prey to this company. They will literally *** everything you own and think nothing about it. They just don't care..........I hope you care enough and stay clear of this sham of a company...
