If I could rate no stars I would.. this is the absolute worst place for ANY child. On the surface, it sure seems like the perfect place for your kids, all secure, big company, fancy name, Not to mention the most expensive one in the area. I enrolled both my sons two years old and a four-year-old in that school. The two’s class Didn’t seem right to me from day one; I have been watching the teacher in the camera and it seemed to me like she has no patience to the kids whatsoever, It was the first week so I thought I would give it more time, I did address it with the Assistant director, she told me she spoke with her and to quote her “the teacher was having a bad day today “. I kept monitoring that class and was amazed to see every day a different teacher, when asked the director why is that she replied to me we are looking for a new teacher and we are understaffed right now. They kept combining the classes with toddlers and I was noticing nobody was doing nothing with the kids, the kids were simply playing with themselves with toys and getting no circle time, no attention, no nurturing, just playing with the toys. The reason I gave it Some more time was simply because I kept addressing it with the director and she kept giving me all those excuses, and also my four-year-old did enjoy his teacher. Just to highlight : all teachers in that class kept changing and all were NOT a lead teacher ! Moving forward after trying to address it over and over again I noticed a teacher that was new to me again to that class. Something wasn’t right there and I kept watching her over the cameras, come to find out, and I have evidences all she did was yelling and screaming at the children, using salty language, so frustrated, treated them really badly only two years old and again I have evidence. The treatment was so badly my two years old was so frustrated only being there little under a month. The evidence I have proven a very poor treatment with no nurturing, no positive words, no positive reinforcement, no teaching, no patience, no caring, just awful. I confronted the teacher and asked her “do you love your job, do you love children?“, She answered “it’s not that I have problems and home“, like she knew exactly what I was talking about. I did Disenrolled both my kids from that’s cool, of course I did speak with higher management including the evidence I have , after “investigating “ The case they informed me that the teacher was suspended, and offered me 25% of my two years old son and tuitions back. No thank you! I will fight this for the justice of my kids and other kids and their parents! It is so hard to finds the right daycare , we put the most important thing in the world to us in the hands of someone who should love kids and love their job! Not to mention all the money they charge ! It was over $500 a week !! I am currently getting legal services and will move forward with the case!
