The worst customer service experience ever….

I have been a TiVo customer for 20 years. Finally, I decided to upgrade to a TiVo Edge. I went online, and tried to order. The web site got stuck, and was hanging. However, my bank showed that my credit card had been charged more than $1,000. So I called Customer Service, and asked if the sale had gone through. They said no. So I tried to order over the phone. It was an ordeal that took more than 1 hour, and they charged me another $1,000. They said I would get an email with account and password, and confirmation of purchase. I never got anything. The service rep was all mixed up and repeated my billing address and it was completely wrong (someone else's) As it turned out my bank had stopped the second charge, thinking it was strange. I approved it. But TiVo, never sent me anything saying the charge had been denied. Just silence. So I called them back, and they put me on hold for 20 minutes for nothing. I canceled everything, and now I have 2 charges on my credit card for more than $2,000 total. I have to wait 'til they get processed to contest them. TiVo said they would send me an email saying that they were not sending me a box (I canceled everything) and would OK a dispute of the charges. I never received anything either. This was the worst experience...
