Update by user Oct 15, 2019 Customer Service Answers; "People Media" which I looked up online & they ARE 24 Dating Sites! no wonder they don't know up from down Original review posted by user Oct 15, 2019 This Company, ? name, supports at least 2 Website Online Dating Apps. The Day I was charged I called re: the error & was told I would receive Full Refund which was already being handled. Today I called because I haven't heard anything & they still have my $$$. I was told several times by the same person that my that They had refunded my money so there was nothing she could do. She put me on hold 3 times & came back each time to say, yes, you have received your refund because that's what she was being told. I gave up & don't really know where to go from here. I can only HOPE that the Refund was initiated by them & they show it was done but I haven't received it at my end yet....hoping 5 days will help. I felt she never understood what I said
