I have made multiple attempts contacting the customer care department and try reach a peaceful resolution an issue, but it appears that SwimOutlet is not will to cooperate with me! Never responded on my email!!!If we don’t reach a solution to this problem (now I am actually leaning more towards the money back option) – I will have to escalate the problem to other agencies, including Division of Consumer Protection (of Dept of State of New York) and Better Business Bureau.
