The worst customer service ever.

My coffeemaker DGB-900BC is leaking. I was told it is under warranty. But according to Kayla I need the receipt, which I do not have its almost 3 years ago it was purchased. I told her I have the packing slip which should be enough to prove I bought the coffeemaker. I tried more then once to have this issue rectified, They do have my product as being registered to me. User's recommendation: buy from another company.
