Bought a 3 MP 8 camera system and half of the cameras wouldn't work. Some of the cameras flicker and some will record when not suppose to and there is also one with no led light. I Must have called at least 10 times and was on hold for hours and every time I was assured that my case would be taken care of if I send them an email containing information. I have sent at least 6 email with no reply. Every time I call they claim that they didn't receive my information and would refuse to take the info over the phone. Stay away from this company. Swann is a cheap Chinese manufacturer.
