This company is very crooked. They raise the lease Everytime you sign a new lease . The house was a down and dirty piece of junk. Everything fell apart and they don't want to fix much. I fixed numerous things but refused to fix their cheap junk appliances. The house had only one ceiling fan in a useless place. They wouldn't put a screen door in the back before you move in. When you leave they will screw you even more out of your deposit and make up crap saying you owe thousands more. They need a huge class action law suit against them and should be put out of business for good! The company lacks business knowledge, common sense and integrity !
