The worst costumer service ever!!!!!!!!

The costumer service is horrible, If you have a problem, they use their sarcasm and when you ask for speak with a manager they hang off the call. Even by chatting, the costumer service is poor and tricky. When you recharge you wallet by Claro's website, you can't use everything you charge because the multiples of recharge are even.( I have $2.55 in my wallet and I cant use it and they don't want to add it to my founds) Trust me it happened more than one time and more than one person. Me and many other knew people have change to AT&T because of that. Other concern is that the internet service never run LTE, it is a fake and a trap for costumer. I recommend to Change or train the costumer service for a better response to the costumer problems because Claro has many problems with signal, bills etc. . Be empathic, and monitor the calls frequently.
