The worst company – They do not do what they say they will do! Still waiting on refund and no response!
1) I paid 440.00 for a change of name passport and a visa name change with a turn around of 10-12 days - DID NOT HAPPEN 2) Only when I got the Dept. of State involved, did I EVER receive a reply to the multitude of calls and emails that were never returned. 3) They only processed my passport which they did not send over until AFTER a month had already gone by. 4) They did not process the Visa either - 1) because they sat on their bums and did NOTHING and then 2) when I finally did get a response, I told them to forget the Visa and give me a refund for that WHICH I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ALONG WITH NO RESPONSE. I also told them I wanted ALL of my documents that I had sent them. 5) When I finally sent back my passport, I did NOT receive my other documents that I sent to them and requested back. Still waiting on any response back from them about refund...CRICKETS!!!!
