The worst company, and even worst product and cusotmer support
Update by user Sep 28, 2018 In the end, Jaybird did the right thing, and replaced my defective Jaybird X2 with the new X3 model. It was not the easiest or most seamless process, but in the end, the results were fair and what I was seeking all along. Original review posted by user Aug 29, 2018 Whatever you do, do not purchase a JayBird X2 or other product. After only a few weeks of usage, the battery dies after 20 minutes. Efforts to resolve this with JayBird customer support have been futile. When you try to reach them for warranty or customer support, they have you jumping through hoops, and leaving you waiting forever; until the phone line or chat is dropped. They literally do everything humanly possible to get rid of you and avoid honoring their warranty. Today I spent upwards of 3 hours between phone calls, online chats and e-mails with their supposed customer support trying to send my X2s in for repairs. Al Germi, Miami, Florida
