The WORST company and CUSTOMER service ever!

My daughter was going through a horrific divorce and was forced to all bills including 950 dollar daycare bill. She was just awarded 1350 in child support and was only 52 days late on her vehicle owing only 920 dollars. SETF told her that she couldn't get her car back. she was told the next day that the rep she spoke with the day before put a note on the account stating she couldn't afford the car. WHAT!! She was told that the only way she could get the car was to pay 28,000 up front. Really!! I also had a friend who had 9 months left to pay on her vehicle and ran into hard times and was late 2 months and they took her car and say she had to pay the full balance. Who are these people and why are they able to judge a situation. They refuse to let you speak to a manager and are very rude.
