THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD.

MY MOTHER-IN-LAW PURCHASED A BRAND NEW TRANE HEAT PUMP FROM LOWES AND HAD THIER INSTALLER FOREST CITY INSTALL IT. SINCE DAY ONE IT HAS NOT FUNCTIONED PROPERLY AND HER ELECTRIC BILL HAS GONE UP ALMOST $100.00 A MONTH FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. SHE HAS HAD FOREST CITY SERVICE IT UNDER WARRANTY AND HAS TO PAY $85.00 FOR EACH TIME THEY COME OUT TO SERVICE OR REPAIR IT. TRANE SENT OUT ONE OF THEIR EXPERTS WITH FOREST CITY AND DID THEIR THING. IT STILL DOES NOT OPERATE PROPERLY AND IS MAKES TO MUCH NOISE, AND THE ELECTRIC BILL IS STILL TO HIGH FOR A MORE EFFICIANT UNIT.. WHY WILL NOT ANYONE FROM TRANE ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND CHANGE OUT THIS "LEMON" OF A HEAT AND COOL PUMP?
