The Word NO is getting old
I am a newer member since May of 2019 and I am already disgusted with Sapphire and their staff, customer service they promised, yeah right only until they get your money. I have tried using our so called benefits on a few occasions and I am starting to get familiar with the word NO or sorry all booked up!!! Sapphire Resorts give us what you promised when you were trying to get our money, worst decision I have made possibly in my life..... Screw you Sapphire resorts
