The will not send me an invoice

They now expect me to do the work and go online to get my monthly invoice. I understand they want to save money (not the planet) by stopping paper billing but why can they not send the invoice via email like most other companies. I am not happy so every month I now contact customer support and have them send me the invoice. Figure they can pay extra for their own stupid way of treating their clients. User's recommendation: Call customer support every month (or chat) and have them send you the bill by PDF in an email. Maybe Rogers will get the hint.
