The Wi-Fi sucks and so does the customer service.

I kept service for about three months then canceled and paid $15 for each month of the uncompleted 24 months because the service is so bad. Do not use this company if you want good Wi-Fi that is not expensive. User's recommendation: If he use Viasat I think he will regret it!!!!
