The warranty service works for a very long time

A few weeks after I received the goods, I’d a warranty case. In order to solve the problem, I contacted the online store and they said that I should send them the faulty technique. That’s exactly what I did. But when I talked with the guys from the technical support service, no one told me that the repair could take more than a month. I’m disappointed, I’d rather buy what I need from an offline store.
