I went in the Middleton location off shelbyville road because of intermittent wheel shaking, at around 70-80 mph..so I told my wife I'm not driving all the way bk home with the car shaking like that, and stopped in Big O at 2:45 pm to have them take care of it...I'll be damned if they didn't do the same thing the Frankfort location did, THE WHEELS WERE SHAKING EVEN WORSE, AT LOWER SPEEDS AS THEY ARE NOW AFTER BEING AT A LOCATION WITH NINCOMPOOPS!, I obviously and now I have to find a place to balance my tires on a saturday evening. I am very upset, about the way my concerns are not being addressed, so my next course of action is to make my Attorney aware of these problems, if noone with BIG O wants to alleviate my concerns.
