The store doesn’t answer there phone

I was calling in an order and she put me on hold. I lived 20 mins away and I was on hold before I left my house till I got to the store I address the issue withe the girl and she said ARE YOU GOING TO ORDER OR WHAT. YES! And alot of other times they take the phone off the hook so they dont have to answer it and alot of people address the issue to the but the don't care so I'm fed up with there behavior and told them I'm getting intouch with corporate. Yall need to address this issue with your employees. User's recommendation: Better service and better attitude.
