the staff didn’t indicate that their other services cost money

When I opened the website www.themesnap.com, I thought that after I would pay for the registration and subscription, they would provide other services for free. But it was mistake, and they didn’t provide any services unless they received money for these services. It cost me a lot, and I wasn’t happy that they didn’t write clearly and understandably for other users. Beware!!!
