I have used this product many times. This time, the plastic mixing tray was missing, and when I went to mix the hair color, it was so thick I couldnt squeeze it out of the tube. I cut the tube open w scissors. It was also an orange color. Ive used the same shade (many times) and its been black/brown color. Thank goodness I didnt use it on my hair. I am Asian w dark brown hair and wanted to color my gray roots.
