The services deteriorated over the last two years

I have been a loyal client of this bank for 20 years, and I could never be more happy to face no problems with savings, opening accounts, withdrawals, etc. What I noticed lately was that their customer support team was no longer supportive, you know. Some reps are so cold when you address them with your simple inquiry, however, some are very responsive. Maybe the reason behind such a cold attitude is the global crisis, but I do hope you would encourage your employees to serve clients as friendly as it was ALWAYS before. I do not plan to change the bank, I am just looking forward to seeing changes. Wish you prosperity guys!

If you are actual Representative of Republic Bank & Trust Company you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
