The Ruby Tuesday’s that I went to here in Jacksonville they are not professionals they will get your order wrong and your food will be cold by the time you receive

You asked me what did they due to rectified what was done was give me a $20 voucher to come back to that restaurant, so I would be happy with Ruby Tuesday's. It makes it seem like they've all they don't value their customers and I doubt it if I go back to that Ruby Tuesday's. Because it's a shame that I feel like that because I used to go to Ruby Tuesday's all the time in Dayton Beach I do believe they just lost my business.
