The rewards page not working?

The rewards page is not working, and I cannot receive my monthly $30.00 check... Please fix rewards page... So that I can request a $30.00 check that I earned... I tried every browser that I have, and cannot enter the reward page in order to request my check Thank you inbox dollars, Roy J.
