The reps told me ### about my system and didn’t reply to my questions

I contacted the guys from the company www.geekbuddy.com and asked if they could check my computer and my system as well. I heard only bad things from them, but when I asked how they could help me, no one replied. I started to ask other different questions, but I hadn’t received nay response. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problems? What did you do in this situation?
