We decided to use the website www.ritualholidays.com in order to book the trip. We contacted the agent and she helped us to choose the hotel and entertainment. But after 3 days, we got the email from the rep that our hotel was full and no places were provided. We decided to change the trip, but the rep told that we would need to pay for that, and after she asked only to pay for everything. I think that they fooled and scammed us. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this company.
