I received a credit for $4672. from a travel agent for a cancelled trip. It was issued on May 10, 2010. They have given me a partial credit after many calls and a complaint to the Credit Consumer protection people. They claim that since I have another dispute that they have given me a conditional credit for they have the right to withhold the additional funds for some reason. Also, they have been taking my charges on the account out of my refund thought the payment for these charges are only due after the closing of the account for the month. User's recommendation: Unless you want to fight with them and be unable to actually talk to the person that steals the use of your money in a like situation, go elsewhere for your credit card needs.
