Greg Jones spent 4-1/2 hrs. at my home to sell me 4 patio doors. Plus, finish up 3 other patio doors. The final cost was sky high, a near $17,000.00. Of course, I didn't have that kind of money, so he offered the 18 mons. no interest plan. I reluctantly agreed, signing the contract..... Because, he throughout all those hours, promised me that the workers would move the odd n end things in the room for me. He also threw in on the deal to remove the 3 glass patio doors from the other patio doors. He promised to be here to make sure everything was taken care of, as well as several other promised things. I never seen hair nor hide of Greg Jones that day if installation. The supervisor said if I ask for 1 more thing, he will charge me adding extra cost to my bill. None of these workers was informed by this Greg Jones to do any of this stuff. I placed Greg Jones a call. He assured me he would contact them. When the day came for the doors and trim to all be stained. Greg Jones said "HE" would be here. Again, a no-show. The trim around the outer patio doors, do not match the trim around the windows and doors on the rest of the house. They ordered the wrong color, obviously! Beware of this Greg Jones, he talks a good talk BUT is a liar just interested in making a QUICK contract. The workers did great work though. Promises made, NONE KEPT!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: Absolutely not!!!!!
