I have been managing property for the last 40 years. I have always used kwikset and have mastered them just to have one key while on the property. Everytime I buy a new set to rekey it is like drinking poison. The set that I just completed after a couple of hours, the original keys prior to me touching them were hard to open. I know that rekeying may have gone out with the dinosaurs, but if you continue to sell them, make them with quality. I am looking for an alternative to the trash that you sell. The tops pins I have to replace them for the lock to work.
