The “prior authorizatiom” with my medications through OptumRx gets dusapproved

OptumRx will suddenly decide that they need to again re3view the prior authorization for my medication. This starts at my pharmacy when I discover my med has not been filled. I then have to contact the physician's office. While I am still trying to figure out what is going on, the call and send a letter saying, "case closed - benefit denied." Now I have to start figuring out what to do. In the meantime, I have not had my medication for over thirty days.
