the power mechanism on the reclining loveseat Costcos delivered yesterday suddenly stopped working completely..

there is power to the loveseat (indicated by the light on the on/off power button on the loveseat); however, neither side of the loveseat will move in any direction. I have turned the power on/off several times with no change & i have disconnected the power from the loveseat & reconnected it with no change in the resumed operation of the mechanism(s).
