I also ordered 2 ponies from this company on Nov. 23rd, 2018. I paid in full and have yet to receive anything more than empty promises. All I want is my money refunded. How do I make that happen? I keep sending emails and I get responses telling me to be patient, the order is coming. I want my money back. That's all! The email I send my inquiries to is KnutsonDBlanche@***.com.
