I order the toy in November. I keep emailing them, It took at least 6-8weeks because it was taking so long to get. Only to arrive broken. I emailed them and told them what had happened.they instructed me to take picture of the item, which I did and they said I could order another idem. I pick out one and did not receive it. I contacted them again and Told just send me a refund . I was told that my refund being processed. Over then next 6 months I emailed them with the same response. This month I did the same email and they sent me a notice that I will not receive a refund because it has been more that 180 days. This is all a scam ! do not order from them.
