I am getting annoyed with this company.. My old 3g phone was going out.. They sent me a umx phone.. 4g.. Signal strength not good.. Keeps breaking up.. Can' t talk at all to people sometimes.. Called them again.. First time. Woman says.. It's umx.. Bad phones.. We will send you a winkler phone.. Never got it.. They sent another umx... Then I get a text if I don't return the old phone they will end my service.. I talked to another woman who said they were getting new phones.. Better phones.. Like samsung.. Then they tried doing a reset.. Tried a factory reset.. Tried the # thing.. Tried a refresh. Nothing worked.. Everytime I call they just say... We'll send you a new phone...??? I tried talking to a supervisor today.. No one responded. No call back.. As I wanted.. My phone is [protected].. I am tired of dealing with this incompetent company...
