Kevin Monteiro - The owner of The Perfect POS sold refurbished POS systems to me and claimed it's brand new. The systems contained parts removed from other systems. In addition, he charged me 20% more than the asking price because the extra included one year warranty from the manufacturer. The systems crashed several times everyday. At one point, it stopped functioning completely and I lost all the entire month of all the sales records. When I called the manufacturer, I found out the systems had no such warranty. When I confronted Kevin and requested a refund, he ignored my calls and refused to discuss further.
