Got an email yesterday saying i had 15 days until my sunscription auto renews. I awoke the next morning to an email saying they charged me $50 for subscruption renewal. I thought i origionally had 15 days!??! I just recently graduated college and just got a job. My fist payckeck is in 2 weeks and i didnt think that this subscription was going to be a problem because my payckeck should have been in my account the same day my subscription was to be renewed. But that was not the case. I literally had $55 to feed myself for the next 14 days. But now, i woke up this morning to see i habe $5 to feed myself for the next 2 weeks... after contacting customer support, they gave me a link so i can process my refund but was told it will take 7 days. Not only is this next 7 days going to be long being i dont have enougn money to feed myself, but the link they gave me to process my refund does not work. When i tried contacting them about this issue, they kept sending me the exact same link which does not work. These peope are crooks and i recomend staying as far away as possible from this company
