The package was roughed-up

While I placed my order in the late October, I had to call the company and put it on hold as so happened that I would be away when the order was supposed to arrive. The company went ahead and put it on hold, making a note to send it to me a week later, as per my request. My items arrived in a pristine condition.

A week later, another order arrived, and the package was roughed-up and jammed. As it turned out, the fault was on the delivery company, not on the store. Overall, the quality of items remains decent with the company and I will be coming back for more.
