The owner wont back his product and is misleading

Purchased 2 items over the last year. A salt system for an above ground pool paid a lot of money for it had his men install it and no one ever said a word to me about the salt system voiding the warranty for an above ground pool. Now all of my top rails all rusted to pieces. Purchased a new vacuum head from the store this year and when I opened the pool I used the new head on the pool AFTER I let the robot get most of the crud up. The pool held water all winter until I cleaned the liner with the new head and it sliced the liner bottom about 2 inches. I told Mike about it and he called me liar and said it couldn't happen. Well it did...I ask for a refund and he acted like I was raping his wife....couldn't believe I wanted a refund for something that ripped the liner....was I suppose to use it again?....Lost this customer for life. Kiss My *** !
