The owner of this company had no remorse, understanding, patience for a mourning customers concerns of getting my order correct.

I was trying to place an order with a young lady that worked there. She seem to be very nice , patient and helpful. Because I never had bought a spray flower from them. I even kind of opened up my heart up to her to let her know how hurt I am about my lost love one. And I was making sure that she was putting my sympathy message on a card correctly. Like I said she was assuring that it's no problem. After we finished the transaction purchase, She took my email and said that she will email my message and transaction, right after everything. Well I waited and waited until about 20 minutes. I just call back to see if they had my right email and they had my email incorrect and I was told that the lady had already left without sending emailing my information to me. I had to give my email out again to someone else there. I believe this person was the owner. So I finally got the email of my transaction sent to me and notice that a couple of things on my note was wrong. I then called back and the owner I believe his name was Eusebio, he answered angry in an abrupt way and very rude said that he was going to cancel my order because I called back in order for them to make just a couple of corrections and he also stated that the young lady said that I gave her a hard time. She didn't say that to me. She just kept saying no problem. The owner seemed very honorary and rude. I guess he knew the funeral home referred me to him and he let me know that he didn't need my business. But now I have wasted and have to wait until my money in the bank clears in order for me to purchase another flower arrangement somewhere else and the funeral service is this following Saturday and today is Tuesday. I thought That he was very unconcerned and had out me in a very vulnerable inconvenient situation. And he only was concerned about his employees instead of the customer's needs. I believe he needs a lot of Customer Service Training and he needs a wake up call of how he could lose customers with his Attitude. I will never call to purchase anything from this company again and I will never refer anyone to purchase from them. Again the company is The Chocolate Rose 1609 S, Richey St. Pasadena, Tx 77502. Don't buy from them!!! User's recommendation: Don't buy from this company. The owner is rude and honorary and rude!
