My name is Demetrius Cook. I just ate at your restaurant in Grapevine, Texas after my lab work. Was looking forward to enjoying breakfast after Dr. visit. My arrival was not pleasant, as I stood waiting to be seated. The manager continued to ring people out, go to the kitchen for coffees to go but never asked anyone to come seat me. Only after some additional gentlemen came in did someone arrive to sit me. I was never given water. My food instruction WERE ignored. The saving grace was a middle aged blond woman who refilled my coffee cup offered me a glass of water and basically did my servers job. Unfortunately my business isnt wanted and I will oblige your franchise willingly. I dont have my receipt but its on my credit card. I will express my visit with others as i felt unwanted at your establishment. Thanks for trying to ruin my morning but will not let this take my joy. Demetrius Cook d********@dtechit.net
