The order I purchased they sold after having me wait for over a month for delivery

After ordering two watches and some earrings from fine jewelry, I ordered necklace that I wanted as well. They told me I didnt have enough money on my neiman card to cover the cost. I was instructed to get two 200 dollars gift cards to make up the difference. I ordered the gift cards to come over night. They didnt arrive until 6 days later. I had call on several occasions to let customer service aware of what was going on. Spoke to a supervisor, who explained to me that customer service should of advice me to get virtual gift cards. She told me she would hold the necklace until the gift cards arrived. August 20 the gift cards came total of 400 dollars, I ordered the necklace. Was told they were going to send it out overnight. I waited for 3 days, didnt receive it. I call customer service and was told according to the computer it will be ship out in 48 hours. Necklace still didnt arrive I call again afternoon writhing 4 days. Received the same message its shipping out in 48 hours. Finally I called on The morning ofFriday sept 11, she apologized for the inconveniences said good news I checked it was sent this morning give it 48 hours. That same night I get an email stating the order was canceled after high demand. I went through all of this and they sold the necklace, I am very upset, because I Am force to use the 400 dollars gift certificate because they are non refundable . I called and they said oh it must of was sold all this time Ive been waiting. Not fair and bad service. I already brought several items that I wanted. They told me to pick out another necklace, the only other one I seen that I like was more money and she said well we can only give you a 10% discount. Really! Totally was wrong in every way.
