The opposite of customer service
This company has found a way to legally get over 3 percent more money out of the members every month without doing anything at all. They have included a 4th party in the handling of our credit cards. This is a dirty scam on the part of the decision maker here. People at my club are so angry I’m shocked the corporation hasn’t sent a team of executives out to beg for forgiveness. This was the main topic at our spring MGA dinner. That should never be the topic at a place like this. Huge fail in the name of greed here.
