I dealt with Guido Perdomo on several occasions and he was extremely professional and was Luis Perdomo. I was stupid and happened to buy two properties. One from a *** bag German and one from from *** bag Russian. Big mistake on my part. I listed both properties with several realtors. The only legit offers I got came from Luis Perdomo . The sale went smoothly and Guido handled the closings perfectly. In my opinion they are the only legit real estate company on the North Coast. I've met them all and trust me none have the knowledge or professionalism of Perdomo Century 21.
