I've made dozens of 12x12 photo books on Shutterfly bc I love that I can fit 1000 photos into one book. But I just logged on to start a new book, and after 30 minutes trying to adjust to the changes, I'm freaking out. It's absolutely horrible. Not user-friendly at all, good features were taken away, use of backgrounds and frames are now a mess....Shutterfly, you need to go back to the old way ASAP. You're losing loyal customers.
